My experience at Birchwood Kia Chichester could have been better because you still haven't reimbursed my £500 refundable depisit, you've had it 10 days, it is 7 days since I handed over my old car and signed all the finance paperwork and you handed over my new car. I've chased it, why are you still holding on to it? It is such a disappointment as otherwise I was very happy, but this is a lasting negative impression.
